Happy Friday, friends! CHEERS to the (almost) weekend! Today, I want to walk you through the kitchen and dining space of a beeaauuutiful home I worked on a while back. As you all know, I spend most of my time helping bring old, decrepit houses that have 8 million things wrong with them back to life, so when I have the opportunity to help a client that already has great style herself, it is a total breath of fresh air. This house was actually a new construction build and it’s a total stunner. For years, we have helped this client find great pieces that bring everything together.
For now, I’ll start by showing you a few photos of the amazing kitchen and dining area. Over the next few weeks, I’ll walk you through the rest of the first floor. Let me know what you think in comments!

LOVE the darker island cabinet color against the white! And I LOVE the one vessel sink. I have one and I now can’t imagine, nor would I allow, a divided sink. One vessels are so much easier to clean the big kitchen stuff.
I adore the large beam that separates the kitchen from the family room.
The area rug under the table and chairs is gorgeous. Can you share where that was found and the size of it? Thank you for sharing these pictures! WTG!

I’ve been watching your TV show. Had know idea we have a Kansas City native with a remodeling show. Looks like a tremendous amount of work but turns out beautiful. Wish the interior furniture was mixed up a bit with a more traditional vibe. Not wild about the young modern look. …guess I’m showing my age! Having come from a building family with my dad being in the remodeling business and realtor, broker and mom a realtor and myself retired from real estate I appreciate all the hard work put into all that goes into your business.
