Zoom #1: Design Direction Session (60 minutes)

In our first virtual meeting, we’ll:

Discuss room functionality and priorities
Align on budget expectations and overall vision

This session sets the foundation for all design decisions moving forward.

Custom Design Board

Following our first call, we’ll create a custom mood board for your space, which may include:

Color palette
Materials and finishes
Furniture and lighting direction
Textures, patterns, and overall aesthetic cues

This board establishes a clear visual direction for your room.

Curated Materials List

You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated list of furniture, lighting, rugs, tile, and décor selections, including:

Clickable links for easy ordering
Notes on sizing, finishes, and placement

You can order everything on your own timeline.

Zoom #2: Design Review & Q&A (60 minutes)

In our second call, we’ll:

Walk through the mood board and selections together
Answer any questions
Provide guidance on implementation and next steps
